Made using 110 g of pork per 100 g of salami. Pork sausage, ripening, raw – smoked and slightly dried. Slightly sour and spicy flavor. Slices with a diameter of 50 mm and a thickness of approx. 1.5 mm.
Perfect for pizza, casseroles and tarts.
